Mountain Climate: Homes in Colorado typically do not have central A/C. Nights average 45–55°F—simply open windows, use ceiling fans, or the provided room fans for cooling comfort.
Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 28 years or older to book.
Rental Agreement: A comprehensive rental and liability release waiver is required at booking.
Holiday Policy: Check-in and check-out are not available on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day.
