The Lodge offers stunning views from the top deck, stargazing from the hot tub, and is nestled among lodgepole pines. Don't be surprised if a moose casually wanders into the yard! Our mountain chic home is well-appointed and boasts ample parking with an accessible driveway, situated on a county-managed and regularly plowed road. The garage has room for a single vehicle or for safekeeping your adventure equipment.

Please note: 4x4 vehicles are a must for winter reservations. The cabin is situated at an elevation of 11,000 ft, and this should be taken into account before booking. Water conservation is also crucial during the winter season. The road to the cabin is bumpy, a true mountain experience.

Things to note

  • Summertime - It is important to note that Mountain homes and Condos in Colorado do not have Central Air Conditioning. The good news is, the nights are always cool (average between 45-55 degrees), and therefore our Mountain homes can be kept cool by opening windows, running ceiling fans and our provided stand alone fans in each bedroom, and by welcoming the fresh Mountain air in.
  • Must be 28 years or older to book.
  • Check-in/out is NOT available on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day.
  • Bookings accepted 12 months in advance; inquire for later dates.
  • The standard $100 pet fee will be waived, Pets stay Free :) 
  • 4x4 or AWD is mandatory from October through May.
  • The County prohibits open burns (bonfires) on the property. A gas fire pit is provided on the deck with propane.
  • The cabin is a 90-mile drive from Denver via the scenic and usually traffic-free Hwy 285.
