Things to Note

• Summertime: Mountain homes in Colorado do not typically have central air conditioning. Even so, evenings are consistently cool, averaging 45–55 degrees. The home stays comfortable with open windows, ceiling fans, and the standalone fans provided in each bedroom.
• This home requires a three-night minimum stay.
• The primary guest must be 28 years or older to book.
• Check-in and check-out are unavailable on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
• Early check-in and late check-out are unavailable due to the time required to carefully prepare the home between guests.
• Bookings are accepted up to 12 months in advance. Please inquire about later dates.
• Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is recommended from October through May.
