The Magnolia condo has undergone a complete renovation, drawing inspiration from our beloved designers Joanna and Chip Gaines of HGTV's "Fixer Upper." Its luxurious style, coupled with meticulous attention to detail, creates a modern yet cozy atmosphere, making you feel right at home in the world-famous Breckenridge, CO. Things to note

  • One parking pass is provided per reservation. Extra vehicles must use off-site parking.
  • Walk to Gondola or Shuttle to Ski Lift, then Ski-In by taking the 4 O'Clock Ski run down to the condo.
  • Summertime - It is important to note that Mountain homes and Condos in Colorado do not have Central Air Conditioning. The good news is, the nights are always cool (average between 45-55 degrees), and therefore our Mountain homes can be kept cool by opening windows, running ceiling fans and our provided stand alone fans in each bedroom, and by welcoming the fresh Mountain air in.
  • Must be 28 years or older to book.
  •  No early check in/Late check out due to our teams busy schedule in between guests. 
  • Check-in/out is NOT available on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day.
  • Bookings accepted 12 months in advance; inquire for later dates.
  • 4x4 or AWD recommended from October through May.
