Things to Know
✓ Colorado mountain homes are not typically equipped with central air conditioning. Thanks to Keystone's cool alpine climate, summer evenings generally range between 45° and 55°F. Opening the windows allows fresh mountain air to naturally cool the home, and portable fans are provided throughout for added comfort.
✓ Primary booking guest must be at least 28 years of age.
✓ Check-in and check-out are unavailable on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
✓ Early check-in and late check-out are unavailable to allow our hospitality team sufficient time to prepare the home to Premier Collection standards.
✓ Reservations are accepted up to 12 months in advance. Please inquire for future availability.
✓ Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is highly recommended from October through May.
