• Summertime: Mountain homes in Colorado do not typically have central air conditioning. Evenings are consistently cool, generally averaging between 45 and 55 degrees. Open windows, ceiling fans, and standalone bedroom fans help maintain a comfortable indoor environment.
• This home requires a three-night minimum stay.
• The primary booking guest must be at least 28 years old.
• Check-in and check-out are not available on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day.
• Early check-in and late check-out cannot be accommodated due to the detailed preparation required between reservations.
• Bookings are accepted up to 12 months in advance. Please inquire about later dates.
• Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is strongly recommended from October through May.
