Summertime

• Mountain homes in Colorado do not have central air conditioning. Even so, evenings are consistently cool, averaging 45–55 degrees. The home stays comfortable with open windows, ceiling fans, and the provided standalone fans in each bedroom.
• Must be 28 years or older to book
• Maximum of five vehicles in the driveway. No garage parking
• Check-in and check-out are not available on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day
• No early check-in or late check-out due to tight scheduling between guests
• Bookings accepted up to 12 months in advance. Please inquire for later dates
• Standard $100 pet fee is waived. Pets stay free
• Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive recommended from October through May
