Things to note

• Off-street parking for 2 vehicles on the parking pad, Breck parking is tight, carpool and park other vehicles off site.
• Summertime - It is important to note that Mountain homes and Condos in Colorado do not have Central Air Conditioning. The good news is, the nights are always cool (average between 45-55 degrees), and therefore our Mountain homes can be kept cool by opening windows, running ceiling fans and our provided stand alone fans in each bedroom, and by welcoming the fresh Mountain air in.
• Must be 28 years or older to book.
• Check-in/out is NOT available on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day.
• Please be mindful of our full-time neighbors by respecting outside quiet time and no late hot tub parties.
• Bookings accepted 12 months in advance; inquire for later dates.
• The standard $100 pet fee will be waived, Pets stay Free :) 
• 4x4 or AWD recommended from October through May.
